The following fields are can be configured for your equipment:

| Material | The equipment name. An equipment is a material, so a material must be created with 'rental?' set to true if you need to make new equipment. |
| Current Recipe | The recipe of the SKU. |
| Status | The status of the equipment. This could be not rented, rented, or returned, followed by the date the status changed. |
| Current SKU | The contents of the equipment, such as in a keg or kegerator. |
| Purchase Date | The date of purchasing the equipment. |
| Purchase Cost | The cost of purchasing the equipment. |
| Use Count | How many times the equipment has been used. |
| Other Meter | Meter information associated with keg equipment. |
| Other Date | Additional date information. |
| Active | If the equipment is not active then it is not available for rental. |
| Expires | If the expiry date has passed then this equipment is not available for rental. |
| Notes | Additional notes associated with the equipment. |
