How to view, filter, create, edit, and delete equipment within Brew Ninja
Prerequisites
None.
Getting there
Inventory → Equipment/Serial Numbers
Viewing/Filtering Equipment
Required Role: Setup Access → Equipment → Access
- In the search box above the equipment list, enter the serial number, material, or category associated with the equipment you wish to locate.
- Further refine the results by utilizing the dropdown menus beside the search box to specify equipment based on activity or status.
- Click Go to filter your list of equipment by the specified criteria.
Creating Equipment
Required Role: Setup Access → Equipment → Modify
- Click the Add button at the top of the list of equipment.
- Enter the equipment details (described in depth here) as required and then click Update in the bottom right-hand corner of the popup window to save your changes.
- Alternatively, click Cancel to exit the equipment creation window.
Editing Equipment
Required Role: Setup Access → Equipment → Modify
- Click on the blue pencil icon in the same row as the equipment that you wish to view or adjust.
- Update the equipment details (described in depth here) as required and then click Update in the bottom right-hand corner of the popup window to save your changes.
- Alternatively, click Cancel to undo any changes you may have made and return to the list of equipment.
Deleting Equipment
Required Role: Setup Access → Equipment → Modify
- Click on the red trash can icon in the same row as the equipment that you wish to delete.
- Click OK in the resulting popup to delete the equipment.
- Alternatively, click Cancel to return to the list of equipment.
